IAM Meditation Technique®

IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a simple combination of yoga, pranayama and meditation that takes about 20 minutes a day. The technique is a synthesis of traditional, time-tested methods suited for the current mental conditions, time-constraints and needs of modern people. It is taught for free throughout the world.

About the Presenter: Dr. Michelle Hebert DC, CHT currently teaches informative health, healing, yoga and meditation classes around the valley. She holds licenses in Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Hypnotherapy, Applied Kinesiology and she is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Dr. Hebert received permission from Ammachi in June of 2008 to become a teacher of the IAM technique.
