Many people find that the intuitive guidance and Healing Light helps them to overcome various physical and emotional challenges occurring in their life and learn how to better focus their own energy so that they can create long-term positive changes.

ABOUT IN PERSON HEALING SESSIONS:

A typical healing session lasts for 1 hour. During this session, Dr. Hebert uses intuitive guidance to locate the areas on the body which are holding blocked energy. Blocked energy may be in the form of any or all of the following:

* Old un-serving emotions like fear, anger, grief, feeling unloved or vulnerable

* Un-true thought patterns and "programs" (ways of thinking) that are self-imposed or absorbed from parents or other influential persons from childhood or other times

* Physical toxins in the form of heavy metals, toxins from foods (like pesticides and hormones), pathogen toxins (like candida toxins), and other exogenous toxins (like petrochemicals)

Once the areas on the body are located, Dr. Hebert then lightly contacts those places in conjunction with other places in the meridian (acupuncture) system that will free the blocked energy. Specific breathing and guided visualization is also often used to clear the blocked energy.

At the end of the session, Dr. Hebert will write a series of recommendations personalized for the patient. These recommendations often include, but are not limited to:

- specific breathing, or meditative exercises for the patient to perform at home

- if needed, certain dietary and supplement recommendations

- specific directions for continued energetic and physical detoxification

The goal of the treatment sessions is to provide to the client an energetic "boost" so that he/she may break through any barriers preventing perfect balance in health and wellbeing. Equally important is the offering of specific recommendations so that the client can continue his/her own healing process in the upcoming weeks and months. The recommendations and tools that are given help to encourage the client to take part in his/her own healing. This is the most powerful type of healing: connecting to the power of the Healing Light that lies within each of us. ABOUT PHONE CONSULT HEALINGS:

Phone consults are a way to receive healing and guidance, particularly when the client is unable to attend a healing session in person. The client first writes an email to Dr. Hebert outlining any physical, mental or emotional symptoms that he/she would like to receive Healing Light and guidance about. Dr. Hebert then reads the email and goes into a meditative state whereby helpful guidance and information can flow through. Dr. Hebert will then email the client back to suggest possible phone appointment times. On the day and time of the phone appointment, the client will call Dr. Hebert and the appointment can begin.

Phone Consults are 45 minute phone appointments. The preparation time for the consult (when Dr. Hebert seeks the information from Divine Source and writes up recommendations) lasts approximately 25 minutes: this preparation time is included with the price of the phone consult.

During the actual phone consult, Dr. Hebert will talk to the client and let the client know information that would be helpful to the client so that he/she may create the desired changes. The phone consult may also include a guided visualization over the phone so that a focused healing can begin. The guided visualizations are specific for that person and his/her goals for healing.

After the phone consult is complete, Dr. Hebert will email back to the client any specific recommendations including, but not limited to:

- specific breathing, or meditative exercises for the patient to perform at home

- if needed, certain dietary recommendations

- specific directions for continued energetic and physical healing
