7 Week Kundalini Yoga and Gong Meditation Chakra Healing Series, Sundays 3 - 4:15 pm at Joyful Yoga, Chandler starting January 22nd
Join us for a powerful 7 week series in learning about the seven major chakras (energy centers) and experiencing Kundalini Yoga and Gong meditation to purify, strengthen and heal these energy centers. Each week we will be using specific breathing techniques, mantras, kriyas (movements), and meditations (4 weeks include gong meditations) to clear physical and energetic blockages affecting the chakras. Each week participants will be given an optional assignment to improve the energy and physical health of the chakra and its related organs.
